Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today said that under the leadership of PM Modi, multifaceted development is taking place in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said, new education institutions are opening, with school education getting a push. The Union Minister said, earlier due to Article 370 some facilities like reservations, direct benefit transfer were not reaching in Jammu and Kashmir but after the abrogation of Article 370, all these things are reaching without any mediators and with the help of technology.
Mr Pradhan said that society is getting aware and empowered in J&K.
Earlier, addressing the faculty and students at IIM, Jammu, the Union Minister gave a detailed overview of the Ideas for the vision Viksit Bharat @2047 initiative.
He mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s governance philosophy, approach of uplifting those at the bottom of the pyramid, Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas model, and the need for promoting education in mother tongue, and drawing pride, inspiration, and confidence from Bharatiyata. The Union Education Minister said that India has witnessed rapid transformation post 2014 adding that PM Narendra Modi’s welfarism model is a case study.
